L2BEAT Rebrands as ETHBEAT, Extending Research Scope to Privacy, Interoperability, ZK and Beyond

November 4: L2BEAT has announced its rebranding as ETHBEAT, saying its research scope has moved beyond Ethereum Layer 2 to areas including privacy, interoperability, tokens and ZK, while it will continue to monitor Layer 2. ETHBEAT said it will look at whether projects on Ethereum can truly deliver Ethereum's security guarantees to users, will bring liquid staking into its research scope, and is launching a guide for screening projects based on the CROPS principles.
