Treasure Proposes Minting Up to 173 Million MAGIC Tokens for Network Transition

November 5: Treasure posted on X that the TIP-63 proposal has opened for community discussion. The proposal would establish a Strategic Growth Fund (SGF) of up to 173 million MAGIC, along with a separate ongoing staking emissions plan, to drive the launch of the Treasure DePIN network. If fully minted, MAGIC's total supply would rise from about 348 million to about 521 million, an increase of 49.76% (excluding staking emissions). If the proposal is approved, 100 million MAGIC will be minted to the Treasure Foundation in the first batch on February 3, 2027, with the remaining 73 million minted only after specific network milestones are reached.
