According to Jin10, markets will focus on several key macroeconomic data releases and events on October 6. At 14:45, France will publish the monthly change in industrial output for August. At 17:00, the Eurozone's monthly retail sales for August will be released. The following day at 00:00, the EIA will publish its Monthly Short-Term Energy Outlook report.

In the US, the ADP employment change for the week ending September 19 will be released at 20:15, followed by trade balance data at 20:30 and the Global Supply Chain Pressure Index at 22:00. Additionally, API will disclose crude oil inventories for the week ending October 2 at 04:30 the following day.

In monetary policy developments, Bank of Japan Governor Kazuo Ueda will deliver a speech, while Williams of the Federal Reserve is scheduled to chair a meeting at 21:05. Switzerland's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate for September will also be released at 15:00.
