Nvidia-backed data center company withdraws A$5 billion IPO plan
On October 9, Nvidia-backed Australian artificial intelligence data center operator Firmus has withdrawn its originally scheduled large initial public offering (IPO). The company stated in a release that the withdrawal is due to market volatility and prevailing market conditions. According to prior reports, Firmus had planned to raise 5 billion Australian dollars through the IPO at a price of 11 Australian dollars per share. Had it been successfully completed, this would have been the second-largest new stock issuance in Australian history. (Jinshi)
