NEAR Treasury Company SVRN Acquires Infrastructure Platform FastNEAR

On October 10, according to an official announcement, NEAR treasury company SVRN has completed its acquisition of FastNEAR, an NEAR infrastructure platform. Following the transaction, FastNEAR became a wholly owned subsidiary of SVRN, with its co-founders Evgeny (Eugene) Kuzyakov and Mike Purvis also joining the SVRN team.

Available information indicates that FastNEAR is a high-performance RPC infrastructure service provider supporting NEAR application operations, while also providing underlying support for most of NEAR's data layers. Its business encompasses server clusters handling network read/write operations, archival infrastructure preserving complete transaction histories, and NEARDATA, a historical data processing data source for developers.
