French AMF warns of 25 unauthorized crypto websites, bringing the cumulative number of new blacklist additions this year to 64.

On October 20 that, according to an announcement released by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on October 19, the AMF published a list of websites newly identified in the third quarter as illegally offering crypto assets or crypto asset services in France, including alphaairobot.com, aureoncorevix.net, bitgrokapp.com, bitkelttrade.com, cryptobullbear.com, investpathline.com, among others. Since the beginning of 2026, the AMF has cumulatively added 64 names to this blacklist.

The AMF stated that the list will be updated frequently, but is not exhaustive due to the constant emergence of new unauthorized or fraudulent entities. The public can access the complete blacklist through the AMF website’s “Espace Épargnants > Protéger son épargne > Listes noires et mises en garde” section and the ABEIS website, and can also check the white list of authorized crypto asset service providers (PSCA) on the AMF website to verify whether relevant institutions are licensed to operate in France.
