MoonPay and Dunamu will collaborate to explore global stablecoin payments and GIWA ecosystem expansion.
On October 21, according to PR Newswire, crypto payment and stablecoin infrastructure company MoonPay announced a strategic partnership with South Korea's Dunamu, with both parties seeking new business opportunities around digital asset-based global financial infrastructure. The collaboration primarily encompasses three areas: first, stablecoin cross-border payments and fund transfers; second, corporate finance and cash management; and third, connecting MoonPay's global network with Dunamu's GIWA blockchain to expand overseas market penetration for the GIWA ecosystem. Bugeon Lee, Head of Asia Pacific at MoonPay, stated that for stablecoins to become global financial infrastructure, they must support not only cross-border payments but also actual corporate financial operations. Both parties are currently in the exploration phase, and technical and commercial cooperation frameworks will be further clarified in subsequent stages.
