State Data Group completes business registration with a registered capital of 30 billion yuan, while the three major telecom operators hold a combined 45% stake.

On October 27 that according to data from Qichacha, National Data Group Co., Ltd. has completed its business registration with a registered capital of 30 billion yuan. The SASAC under the State Council contributed 6 billion yuan, holding a 20% stake; each of the three major telecom operators—China Mobile, China Telecom, and China Unicom—contributed 4.5 billion yuan, each holding a 15% stake, totaling 45%; China Southern Power Grid and State Grid Corporation of China each contributed 3.75 billion yuan, each holding a 12.5% stake, totaling 25%; and China Xiong'an Group contributed 3 billion yuan, holding a 10% stake.

The company's business scope includes big data services, data processing and storage support services, artificial intelligence application software development, blockchain technology-related software and services, and cloud computing equipment technical services.
