According to Bloomberg on October 29, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, is partnering with Trade.xyz to launch perpetual futures products in regulated U.S. markets. The two parties plan to establish a new perpetual futures trading market equipped with independent clearing, KYC, and anti-money laundering systems, which still requires regulatory approval.

The market is planned to operate on Hyperliquid’s infrastructure and feature Trade.xyz products linked to stocks, equity indices, commodities, and foreign exchange rates. As part of the collaboration, ICE will take an equity stake in Trade.xyz, though specific investment terms were not disclosed. Previously, Trade.xyz had already expanded its perpetual contract model on Hyperliquid to traditional assets such as crude oil and equity indices.
