Tydro restores USDC borrowing limit to 75 million tokens

On November 1, according to an official announcement from Tydro, the lending protocol has set the USDC borrowing limit at 75 million, and market parameters have now been restored to their pre-freeze state.

Tydrho had previously restored parameters such as new borrowings and collateral loan-to-value ratios, but temporarily maintained the lower USDC borrowing limit.
