Liquid Federation: Bitcoin reserves fully restored, LBTC backed 1:1

On November 3, according to an official announcement from Liquid Network, the Liquid Federation stated that the network's Bitcoin reserves have been fully restored, and all LBTC is once again backed 1:1 by BTC.

The federation noted that redemption between BTC and LBTC resumed several weeks ago, allowing users to transfer assets between the Bitcoin network and Liquid at a 1:1 ratio through participating redemption service providers. Users can verify federation reserve proofs by running a Liquid node, or check reserve balances and network activity via a public dashboard.

previously reported that after the Liquid Federation wallet received 300 BTC, the reserve shortfall decreased to approximately 250 BTC.
