Matter Labs Announces Prividium Platform Passes SOC 2 Type II Audit Covering Security and Privacy Controls

Nov 3, 18:14

On November 3, according to an announcement on the ZK Nation forum, ZKsync developer Matter Labs announced that its Prividium platform has completed an SOC 2 Type II review, conducted by independent audit firm Thoropass Assurance, covering four key domains: security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy protection.

This review covers the period from July 1 to September 30, 2026, focusing on verifying the actual operational effectiveness of relevant internal control measures during this timeframe. Compared to the Type I review completed in May of this year, the Type II review further evaluates the sustained execution of control mechanisms.

Matter Labs stated that this review is one of the deliverables of the ZKsync TPP-18 initiative, and related reports will be made available to clients and eligible prospective customers upon signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
