Fujian's First Token Factory "Mindou Ruici" Launches in Minqing

November 3 — according to Fuzhou Daily, "Mindou Ruici," Fujian Province's first cross-domain heterogeneous-scheduling full-service token factory AI industry service platform, has gone live in Minqing County. The platform sells tokens as standardized products with clearly marked prices, usage-based billing and online settlement. It connects to 14 domestic large models including DeepSeek, Kimi and Volcano Engine, is compatible with multiple domestic chips, and schedules intelligent computing clusters in Pingtan (Fujian), Suzhou (Anhui), Zhongwei (Ningxia) and Xining (Qinghai) via the Minjiang River Basin heterogeneous computing power scheduling platform. Minqing plans to issue 10 million yuan in computing power vouchers this year, alongside "computing power loans" and "Token loans" credit facilities.
