Morgan Stanley tokenizes US equities and US Treasuries through DTCC services.

On November 4, according to disclosures by Morgan Stanley, the bank became one of the first institutions to tokenize real-world assets following the launch of the DTCC tokenization service, and has already converted U.S. stocks and U.S. Treasury bonds into tokenized form.
The DTCC tokenization service went live on October 28, creating tokenized representations of securities deposited at DTC, aiming to enhance liquidity, collateral liquidity, and capital efficiency.
