US AI company Nooks secures $500 million commitment from General Catalyst

On November 5, according to Tech in Asia, the US artificial intelligence company Nooks has secured a $500 million commitment from General Catalyst. Nooks also officially launched its Revenue Agent Platform on November 4 to handle tasks ranging from initial customer contact to renewal.
