Binance has resumed HYPE and APT withdrawals

On November 8, according to an official announcement from Binance, the platform has resumed withdrawals for HYPE and APT.
Binance stated that as security checks are completed, it will resume withdrawals for more assets and networks in phases. Previously, the platform had already resumed withdrawals for certain assets on the Ethereum and Solana networks.
