Changxin Technology Tops A-Share Market Value Ranking on First Day, with Five Major Shareholders Having Unrealized Gains of Approximately $1420 billion

July 27th, leading domestic DRAM manufacturer ChangXin Technology (688825.SH) landed on the STAR Market, closing at 49.00 yuan, a 465.82% increase from the IPO price of 8.66 yuan. The total trading volume for the day reached 141.187 billion yuan, with a total market capitalization of approximately 3.28 trillion yuan, making it the A-share company with the highest market value.

Based on the post-IPO shareholding disclosed in the listing prospectus and the closing price on the day of listing, Qinghui Optoelectronics' holding is valued at approximately 639.1 billion yuan, with an appreciation of about 526.2 billion yuan from the issuance price; ChangXin Integrated, China Structural Reform Fund Phase II, Hefei Jinxiin, and Anhui Provincial Investment hold shares valued at about 345.3 billion yuan, 257.5 billion yuan, 246.8 billion yuan, and 233.3 billion yuan, respectively, with corresponding unrealized gains of about 284.3 billion yuan, 212.0 billion yuan, 203.2 billion yuan, and 192.0 billion yuan. The combined unrealized gains of the top five shareholders amount to approximately 1.42 trillion yuan.

The listing prospectus also mentioned that there is no price limit for the first five trading days of new stocks on the STAR Market, and the original shareholders' shares are subject to lock-up periods ranging from 12 to 36 months. The aforementioned appreciation is the unrealized gain calculated based on the secondary market's closing price.
