Bithumb will suspend NEO and GAS deposit/withdrawal services to support the NEO N3 network upgrade

July 28th, According to an official announcement, to support the NEO (NEO) network upgrade and ensure the stable operation of deposit and withdrawal services, deposits and withdrawals for both NEO and GAS assets will be temporarily suspended.

The suspension will cover NEO (NEO) and GAS (GAS), involving the network upgrade to NEO N3. The related deposit and withdrawal services are expected to be suspended on July 31, 2026, at 18:00 (KST) and will be resumed after the network stability is confirmed. The specific resumption time will be notified through a subsequent announcement.

The purpose of this suspension is to support the NEO network upgrade and Bithumb node server update. The NEO network upgrade is expected to take place on August 1, 2026, at 01:00 (KST), with a target block height of 12,020,000.

Asset trading functions will not be affected during the upgrade period, but users should be aware of possible market fluctuations during the network maintenance. Deposit and withdrawal requests submitted before but not processed will be handled sequentially after system confirmation.
