Video | Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella: Single-tap on a large model is handing over the company's keys

On July 26, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella stated in an interview with CNBC that one of the most critical competitive advantages for enterprises in the AI era is to control their own data and AI usage experience. He introduced the concept of the "Inverse Information Paradox": when enterprises use AI models, a large amount of process data is generated. If this data is held by external models, the enterprise may lose the ability to train and optimize AI in the future.

Satya Nadella believes that the smart approach is to separate the model, tooling layer, and enterprise data, allowing companies to leverage the most powerful AI models while retaining their data assets and autonomy. In the future, enterprises that cannot master their own AI capabilities fundamentally outsource their "thinking ability."
