Ethereum Foundation Board Welcomes New Member Who Authored the "Ethereum Cypherpunk Manifesto"

July 29th - The Ethereum Foundation tweeted that pcaversaccio (pc) has joined the Ethereum Foundation Board. pc is a long-time contributor to the Ethereum ecosystem, co-founder and lead of SEAL 911, and a former member of the EF Silviculture Society, which provided informal advice to the EF, aiming to uphold core values such as anti-censorship, open source, privacy, and security. pc has joined the Board on a voluntary basis for a one-year term.

pcaversaccio authored the "Ethereum Cypherpunk Manifesto" (2024, adapted from Eric Hughes' "Cypherpunk Manifesto") and "Ethereum Privacy: The Path to Sovereignty" (2025), driving the development of ecosystem-wide security practices through technical contributions and community advocacy.
