July 30th, DCG's independent mining business unit Fortitude Mining signed a purchase agreement worth approximately $45 million to purchase miners and Nebraska infrastructure assets, advancing its vertical integration in the Zcash mining business. The related transactions include a $31.5 million commitment for miner purchases and a total of $13.9 million for power contracts, land, buildings, and mining equipment acquisitions.

By 2026, Fortitude's self-owned and controllable data center capacity will increase to over 60 megawatts, accelerating its shift from partially relying on third-party infrastructure to controlling power and data center resources. In the first quarter of 2026, Zcash has already contributed 61% of its mining revenue, surpassing Bitcoin's 36%, and the company's business focus is continuing to tilt towards Zcash.
