Coinbase Survey: Over Half of Americans Believe Crypto Regulation Bill Will Enhance Consumer Protection

August 3rd, a recent survey commissioned by the cryptocurrency company Coinbase and conducted by Focaldata showed that over half of Americans believe that if Congress passes the current most important regulatory bill for the crypto industry, consumers will be better protected.

Furthermore, 36% of respondents said they are more likely to vote for a candidate who supports this bill, including 38% of Democratic-leaning voters and 41% of Republican-leaning voters; only 14% of respondents said they are less likely to support relevant candidates because of this, with the remaining half of the respondents being neutral or undecided.
