Alibaba Elevates DingTalk to Top-Tier Business Unit, 'AI-Powered Office' Becomes a Strategic Focus

According to AI Era, Alibaba has identified "AI Office" as one of the company's strategic directions in the field of AI. The original Enterprise IM Business Unit has been upgraded to the Thousand-Answers Office Business Unit, becoming a first-level business unit under the ATH Business Group, led by Eric Chen.

The Thousand-Answers Office Business Unit will be responsible for both the Thousand-Answers Office and DingTalk. Alibaba's goal is not to create another personal office assistant but to enter enterprise organizations, connecting messaging, approval processes, documents, databases, and workflows to become an enterprise-grade AI productivity platform.
