SK Hynix subsidiary Solidigm is preparing to go public with a target valuation of ₩5 trillion.
August 5th - According to Korean media, SK Hynix's subsidiary, Solidigm, is preparing for a pre-IPO funding round to facilitate a potential Nasdaq listing. The company is reportedly aiming for a valuation of 500 trillion Korean Won in this funding round.
Solidigm is a U.S.-based subsidiary established in 2021 to house Intel's NAND Flash and SSD business, which SK Hynix agreed to acquire for approximately 100 trillion Korean Won in 2020.
