August 10th, Strategy disclosed that the company has recently added $650 million to its USD reserves and repurchased $109 million worth of STRC preferred shares.

According to company data, as of August 9, 2026, Strategy holds 84,044.7 bitcoins in reserve, with the USD reserve size reaching $4.65 billion.

This operation has increased Strategy's USD reserve duration by 143 days, currently reaching approximately 2.7 years, while also narrowing the STRC credit spread by 10 basis points.

At the time of publication, STRC's US stock pre-market trading was up by 0.49%.
