Polygon Labs Completes Acquisition of Coinme, Regulated Payment Business Now Covers 48 U.S. States

October 14: Polygon Labs officially announced the completion of its acquisition of Coinme, with its payment infrastructure Polygon Open Money Stack (OMS) officially becoming a US-regulated payment platform. The platform now covers 48 US states, holds 37 state-level money transmitter licenses and 11 exemptions, and has registered with FinCEN as a money services business.
