October 30: Binance co-founder He Yi posted that, to ensure safety, Binance has currently suspended withdrawals until the relevant environment is confirmed safe, and thanked users for their understanding and support.

He Yi also emphasized that user funds are safe (SAFU). In addition, He Yi thanked the World Liberty Financial team for assisting in freezing $27 million USD1 and 48 million WLFI (worth approximately $2 million).
