Jensen Huang supports Marvell's major deal with Lumentum

November 3 - According to sources, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang has expressed support for the large-scale deal between Marvell and Lumentum.

Marvell Technology announced the acquisition of optical component manufacturer Lumentum in an all-stock deal valued at approximately $115 billion, making it one of the largest mergers in the tech industry in recent years. Both companies had previously received $2 billion strategic investments each from NVIDIA.
