Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo and Morgan Stanley See Tokenization as a Potential Growth Opportunity
October 18 – According to CoinDesk, Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo and Morgan Stanley all expressed a positive attitude toward tokenization during their third-quarter earnings calls. Goldman Sachs views tokenization as a way to expand its trading business. Wells Fargo said its tokenized deposit system is already capable of cross-border payments, with processing times of just two minutes or less. Morgan Stanley, meanwhile, hopes tokenization will create more demand for wealth management advisory services, since investors now have new ways to move assets.
