October 30: According to KuCoin's official announcement, KuCoin is terminating all products and services for Russian and Belarusian users effective immediately due to compliance requirements. Affected users will receive notices containing deadlines and operational guidance, and can follow an orderly process to close positions and withdraw assets; users who have not received a notice do not need to take any action. According to The Moscow Times, MEXC and Bitget announced similar restrictions earlier this month.
