October 30: According to Etherscan data, after Binance hot wallet "Binance 14" was suspected to have had about $2.5 billion in assets stolen via transfer at 04:24 Beijing time, the same originating address (0x7C86…5CA0) triggered another transaction at 04:41, sending 780 million USDC from "Binance: Hot Wallet 34" to the same receiving address 0x5227…CB2f8c, bringing the two transfers to roughly $3.3 billion in total. In addition, the receiving address has moved about 195,500 ETH to a new address 0x8532…43D4. As of press time, Binance has not responded.
