Binance: Some users' withdrawals blocked by technical error, recovery underway

October 30: Binance posted on X that it has noticed some users encountering cryptocurrency withdrawal problems due to a technical error. The technical team is working to restore normal withdrawals and will update promptly once fully restored; user funds are safe (SAFU). Previously, Binance's hot wallet was suspected of being attacked, with on-chain data showing related asset outflows possibly reaching $5.6 billion; Binance had said user funds are completely safe and that it was still investigating potential security issues.
