October 30: SEC filings show that as of September 30, Amazon (AMZN.O) held 164 million non-voting preferred shares of Anthropic.
Amazon (AMZN.O) said it invested the remaining $21.3 billion of its commitment in OpenAI's Series C preferred shares in the third quarter.
