October 31: In response to community users who directly attributed Binance's theft incident to an "inside job," He Yi said investing is often about judgment, a game of logic, and the ability to extract effective information by peeling back the layers. She said she understands why some friends worry about solvency, because they don't know that trading volume, fees, user scale and BNB's quarterly burn data are all public. He Yi also said the AAVE staking portion is not included in the frozen statistics: the 60 million U staked in AAVE is not among Binance's frozen targets, and lifting this excess collateral portion through formal procedures in the future is expected to reduce losses by 14 million U.
