October 31: According to official sources, onchain interest rate trading and hedging exchange Rates Exchange announced that it has received an investment from Coinbase Ventures; the amount was not disclosed.

Rates Exchange is described as an onchain order book trading platform for trading and hedging interest rates. The platform currently offers interest rate swaps and plans to launch calculation swaps, FX swaps and fixed-rate equity options.
