November 1 — Binance co-founder Yi He posted on X warning users about a new scam tactic emerging amid the chaotic situation. The post she reposted said that scammers have recently been using Telegram's GRAM transfer feature to send users small amounts of GRAM, attaching a fake "Binance official announcement" to the transaction message that claims Binance has been hacked and user assets are unsafe, luring users into transferring their assets to a so-called "Binance vault".
