On November 1, Binance co-founder He Yi posted a warning advising users to remain vigilant against new scam tactics amid the chaos.
The post cited by He Yi stated that scammers are sending small amounts of GRAM to users and inserting counterfeit Binance official announcements in the transfer memo, claiming that user assets are insecure and attempting to lure users to the so-called "Binance Vault". The post warns users not to click on any links, connect their wallets, or transfer funds to unfamiliar wallets.
