Apex, Chainlink and Others Launch Modular Compliance Framework for Onchain Bonds Aligned With Swift Standards, Swift Joins ERC-3643 Association

November 5: According to an announcement from Apex Group, Apex Group, Chainlink, T-REX Network and ERC-3643 Association have implemented a modular compliance framework for onchain bonds aligned with Swift standards. It combines regulated asset servicing and ERC-3643 asset-level identity, eligibility and transfer rules with capabilities such as Chainlink CCIP cross-chain transfer and the Automated Compliance Engine (ACE), enabling compliance requirements to be deployed once and reused across multiple chains. As part of the initiative, Swift has joined ERC-3643 Association. The parties will also showcase related end-to-end digital asset workflows in conjunction with the Singapore FinTech Festival.
