November 7: According to 《科创板日报》 (STAR Market Daily), DeepSeek's chat function was again unavailable, with the chat interface at one point displaying "server busy, please try again later." DeepSeek's official status page showed that a partial outage of DeepSeek's web/API services began at 15:11 today, and the company is investigating the issue to identify the cause. Affected services include Chat Service, the DeepSeek V4 Pro API service, and the DeepSeek V4.1 Flash API service. The latest status update on DeepSeek's official website says the outage has been fixed and the results of the fix are currently being monitored.
