Analysis: Despite Fragile Bitcoin Recovery, Price May Still Reach $150,000 by 2027

November 7: According to Crypto Briefing, Utkarsh Ahuja, founder and managing partner of Moon Pursuit Capital, said Bitcoin's rebound after the U.S. midterm elections remains a fragile relief rally rather than a confirmed recovery. He noted that Wednesday's gain reflected relief buying and short covering after the elections removed some political uncertainty, but the recovery reversed quickly on Thursday as selling pressure returned. Bitcoin briefly reclaimed $80,000 on Wednesday and fell to around $75,000 on Thursday.

Ahuja believes the market may have priced in some probability of a Democratic victory, and further weakness in November would not be surprising. However, he remains constructive on the long-term outlook and believes that if liquidity improves and institutional demand continues to return, Bitcoin could rise to the $120,000–$150,000 range by the end of 2027. He said that to confirm a sustained recovery, it is necessary to watch spot buying, inflows into Bitcoin ETFs, and whether Bitcoin can recover lost ground and hold it during pullbacks. He also mentioned that Democratic control of Congress could delay or reshape legislation such as the Clarity Act, but he believes global liquidity, interest rates and institutional demand are more important to Bitcoin's long-term trajectory.
