Interactive Brokers Launches Ethereum Staking Service Provided by ZeroHash

On October 13, according to a Business Wire report, Interactive Brokers (NASDAQ: IBKR) announced on October 13, 2026 the official launch of its cryptocurrency staking services. Eligible clients can submit Ethereum staking or unstaking requests through the staking dashboard in the IBKR client. Rewards earned will be credited as additional staked cryptocurrency and accumulate with compound interest. The staking service is powered by Zero Hash. This launch represents a significant step in IBKR's ongoing expansion of its cryptocurrency services. The platform currently supports trading across 20 digital assets, with crypto trading commissions as low as 0.12% of the transaction amount, and supports stablecoin funding operations such as USDC, RLUSD, and PYUSD. Clients can centrally manage both crypto assets and traditional financial products like stocks, options, and futures on a single platform.
