On October 14, Judge Edward Davila issued an order on October 13 directing OpenAI to submit collected interview materials within five days and the remaining records within 14 days, including checklists, guidelines, scripts, and technical demonstrations, in response to Apple's trade secret lawsuit filed on July 10. As previously reported, Apple requested a federal judge to prohibit OpenAI from using hardware secrets taken by former employees; this order represents a new development in the same lawsuit.
