Polygon Completes Acquisition of Coinme, Launches US-Regulated Payment Platform

On October 14 that, according to Polygon’s official blog, Polygon Labs has completed its acquisition of Coinme, and its payment infrastructure product, Polygon Open Money Stack (OMS), has officially become a US-regulated payment platform. The platform currently covers 48 U.S. states, holds 37 state money transmitter licenses and 11 exemptions, and is registered as a Money Services Business with FinCEN.
