Hang Seng Index down 1%, Tencent breaks below HK$400 threshold

On October 21 that the Hang Seng Index fell 1% in late trading, while the Hang Seng Technology Index dropped 1.44%. Tech stocks slid, with Tencent Holdings (00700.HK) down 3.7% and slipping below HKD 400, and Kuaishou (01024.HK), Meituan (03690.HK), and Bilibili (09626.HK) all declining over 2%. (Jin10)
