CZ criticized Musk for "making ill-timed jokes" during the Binance incident, stating that Binance's stake in SPCX has exceeded $1 billion in value.

On October 30, as previously reported, Musk responded with a "😬" emoji to discussions regarding CZ mentioning Binance's losses. CZ subsequently replied publicly, stating that while he highly respects Musk, this is not the appropriate time for joking and asked him to stop.

CZ also stated that Binance invested $500 million when Musk acquired Twitter, and the SPCX shares held thereby are now worth over $1 billion, hoping that Musk could provide some support.
