42AI emerges from stealth mode with $62.5 million in seed funding
On November 3 that, according to TechCrunch, Israeli AI startup 42AI has emerged from stealth mode after raising $62.5 million in seed funding over the past three years. The capital came from founders and Infinity Group, rather than exclusively from external investors.
42AI stated it is developing behavioral world models that analyze data such as customer trades and customer service interactions to predict the likelihood of individuals making decisions in various scenarios. Co-founder and CEO Amit Gal-Or noted that the company is currently partnering with 10 major brokerages to help manage liquidity, margin requirements, and hedging exposures.
The company claims its model achieves a 98% accuracy rate in forecasting market trades, but Gal-Or clarified that this metric measures whether trade flows fall within the predicted range, rather than representing per-trade prediction accuracy.
