Bullish selects Solana, Aptos, and Ethereum as initial networks for equity tokenization.

On November 4, according to an official announcement from Bullish, Bullish has selected Solana, Aptos, and Ethereum as the initial network partners for its tokenized stock service. The company plans to expand beyond its current Solana operations to these two additional networks, giving issuers the option to select their preferred network for issuing tokenized stocks.

Official equity registry records will remain maintained by the transfer agent. Previously, on October 27, Bullish and Equiniti demonstrated on the NYSE the transfer of 61 million tokenized reserved shares of Bullish. These shares are reserved for the closing of the Equiniti acquisition, and the final issuance amount will be determined according to the merger agreement. The transaction is expected to close in January 2027, contingent upon regulatory approvals and other conditions.
