Apex and others adopt the Chainlink compliance framework to align on-chain bonds with SWIFT standards

On November 5, according to Chainlink, Apex Global Group, T-REX Network, and the ERC3643 Association have implemented a compliance framework powered by Chainlink to align on-chain bonds with SWIFT standards.

The framework utilizes Chainlink CCIP, ACE, and Data Streams to apply a set of compliance rules across different blockchains.
