ARK Files 14 New ETFs Covering AI and Tokenization Markets

On November 7, according to disclosures by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), ARK ETF Trust filed registration documents on November 6 proposing the launch of 14 thematic ETFs covering AI, robotics, biotechnology, and tokenized market infrastructure.

The proposed fund themes include next-generation digital banks, agent network defense, next-generation cloud service providers, frontier AI labs, AI agents, orbital data centers, robotaxis, humanoid robots and physical AI, brain-computer interfaces and surgical robots, longevity, peptides, tokenized market infrastructure, AI factories, and functional cures.

The document remains a preliminary prospectus, with security codes and management fee rates left blank; relevant securities may not be sold until the registration statement becomes effective, and the filing does not indicate SEC approval.
