Alibaba's Three-in-One Agent Unifies Office Tools, Q&A Functionality Launched in Beta
According to Dongcha Beating monitoring, Ali's office Agent "Qianwen Office" has launched its official website and opened personal user login. It integrates QoderWork, Wukong, and MuleRun, is a standalone product, and can also be used directly within DingTalk.
Qianwen Office can read enterprise information such as messages, group chats, schedules, to-dos, documents, knowledge base, attendance, and approvals. Users can also set up scheduled tasks for the Agent to automatically generate daily, weekly, or research briefings, and then push them to DingTalk.
It also supports generating and editing PPTs, Word documents, Excel sheets, web pages, as well as images, audio, and videos. The generated websites can be published directly, and can also bind domains and access databases. The product also provides skills, connectors, and industry-specific expert suites.
The personal version is divided into three tiers: Free, Standard, and Premium. The standard version is priced at 98 yuan per month, and the premium version is priced at 198 yuan per month, with discounted monthly rates of 78 yuan and 158 yuan, respectively. The client supports macOS and Windows, and the web version of the workspace is not yet available.
